The formation of Cawdor Capital, in partnership with a banking expert with a background in corporate finance, recognises the difficulties in the funding markets, and seeks to marry private finance with property development opportunities.
The firm’s UK Real Estate Opportunities Fund aims to provide private and institutional investors with a professionally managed means of investing in property with development potential, and existing high yield property portfolios.
An initial portfolio of land interests has already been identified. However, Cawdor Capital is always interested in working with developers with interesting proposals.
