The Broadway
Private development of 24 apartments for Urban3 Ltd on a brownfield, landmark city centre site. Described by the City Authorities as a ‘Gateway site’ this scheme demanded a crisp contemporary approach to the design.
Using colour and material ARA was able to communicate the design ideas successfully to the local authority and the wider community. The contract value was £1.7m, procured under a design and build contract, ARA continued to work with contractor ,Elmondstone Construction, through to the completion of the project.
