Eastfield Road
This scheme involved the assembly of a series of privately owned allotments over an extended period of time. Augusta Developments Ltd, working in Partnership with East Midlands Housing Association retained ARA to design the scheme, deliver a planning consent and develop the housetypes through to ‘Code for Sustainable Homes’ level 3.
ARA worked closely with the Code Assessors, Energy Assessors and Housing Association to deliver the 84 units without compromising on design quality and Having completed the scheme, Eastfield road was entered into the Building for Life Awards.
