Castle Market
Adjacent to the mainline from Birmingham to London, this scheme comprised the redevelopment of the former cattle market in Banbury, Oxfordshire. Working with Barteak Developments Ltd.
ARA designed a scheme for 130 residential units and a number of A3 commercial units that were developed out in 2 phases, the bulk of the residential units were redesigned for accommodate the requirements of Oxford Citizens Housing Association. ARA completed the detail design and construction phases. Work continues on Phase 2 as the client seeks to alter the use some of the A3 commercial units.
