Coventry Canal Basin
This scheme consisting of a restaurant with residential units above was commissioned by British Waterways on land they owned in the Coventry Canal Basin.
The site was the last piece of a redevelopment that attracted significant investment into the City. Working with Barteak Developments, ARA designed and detailed the scheme in close partnership with city urban designers.
